Plasser Drainage Board

Plasser Drainage Board

Basements and foundation walls are waterproofing and drainage purposes, bubble plates produced from HDPE

Usage Areas

It can be used in all structures where protection against water and the pressure it creates is generally required, such as basement and retaining walls, floors, terrace roof applications, parking lots, and tunnels.

Application Methods

Depending on the height of the application surface, the board can be used horizontally or vertically. The application starts from about 15 cm above the endpoint of the insulation and from the corners. The insulation should not be pierced during installation. A mounting button and nails or a suitable insulation compression profile can be used for installation

Standard

TSE K 84

Advantages

After making the structural elements waterproof with polymer-bitumen waterproofing membranes in waterproofing systems, it is beneficial to remove water from the system. Plasser Drainage, which is used in draining water from the system and protecting insulation layers, is a drainage and protective material with a bubbled profile made of high-density polyethylene. The drainage volume between the bubbles allows for easy and fast drainage. It is very economical compared to methods such as building brick walls or attaching polystyrene foam to protect waterproofing. Due to its production in widths up to 2 meters and lengths up to 20 meters, it has low waste due to overlapping. It is extremely easy to apply. It is resistant to plant roots and decay. Thanks to more than 1200 bubbles per square meter, it ensures the homogeneous distribution of the soil load. The bubbled structure contributes to thermal insulation. When used indoors, it contributes to sound insulation. It allows for the rapid drainage of groundwaters with the 5.8 liters/sqm air gap it creates with the surface. It provides the necessary air circulation for the drying of damp surfaces.

Shelf Life

The shelf life is unlimited. It should be stored vertically.
